Camp Exposure

WHO We are

Camp Exposure is a faith-based holistic youth development program centered around student-athletes. We are dedicated to exposing student-athletes to knowledge that is essential in helping them emerge into successful leaders on and off the field. What differentiates Camp Exposure from other programs is our unique focus on each athlete’s identity beyond sports. We understand we are more than athletes and that our identity isn’t contingent on our athletic performances. Our program provides strategies, tips, and tools to create a concrete foundation outside of the game. Our athletes learn skills that help them successfully navigate through life’s challenges and transition into the career of their choice after sports. Our goal is to help students explore and direct their God-given gifts into a professional career and successful life.

Our History

Camp Exposure was created in 2018 by the founder Tyler Patmon and his wife Tiffany as a faith-based organization that began under their non-profit foundation, Shine in Darkness. Shine in Darkness focuses on helping young boys and girls find their God-given talents and directs them on how to turn them into a real-life occupation. After partnering with college teammates and his best friends Jeremiah Hatch and Lubbock Smith III, who also have a passion for the youth and their community, Camp Exposure was taken to the next level and became the organization it is today.
